Account information: your name, email address and password when you create an account.

Marketplace data: when you connect a store (eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), we access listings, inventory, orders and related data through the marketplace’s official API, using tokens you authorise.

Usage data: how you interact with the app, device and browser information, and log data used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

To provide the core service — cross-listing, inventory sync, AI listing generation and analytics.

To keep your inventory accurate across connected marketplaces and prevent overselling.

To communicate with you about your account, updates and support requests.

To improve and secure the product, and to comply with legal obligations.

With the marketplaces you connect, only as needed to publish and sync your listings.

With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under confidentiality obligations.

When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Sbinext and its users.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
