You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Sbinext.

You agree to use Sbinext only for lawful reselling activity and in compliance with the rules of each marketplace you connect.

You may not use the service to list prohibited, counterfeit or illegal items, or to abuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Sbinext integrates with third-party marketplaces through their official APIs. We are not responsible for changes, downtime or policies of those marketplaces, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Sbinext and its software, design and content are owned by us and protected by law. Your listings and product content remain yours.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sbinext is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Sbinext and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
